At Muslim Essential, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, email muslim.essential1@gmail.com

for approval. Once approved, you'll get instructions and a return shipping label. Returns sent without requesting first may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, opened or used Miswak products can't be returned unless they're defective or you received the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Exchanges are handled by returning the item and placing a new order. Refunds are processed back to your payment method within ten business days after approval.
